We do not offer emergency service services. If there is an issue, a last ditch effort would be to call your local sheriff's department! If the issue can wait, we'd love to get you on our schedule!

Yes. We charge an $89 diagnostic visit for a technician to come out, assess the issue, and determine the best solution.

If you approve the repair, the $89 is applied toward the work.

We will tell you about the diagnostic visit cost before scheduling so there are no surprises.

What happens during a diagnostic visit?

First, we figure out what’s actually going on.

Our technician will look at the issue, check the plumbing involved, and ask a few questions about what you’ve been seeing. Once we understand the problem, we’ll explain what we found and go over the options to fix it.

If you move forward with the repair, the $89 diagnostic is applied toward the work.
